Package & Shipment
Every piece of our products is coded according to the detail drawing. Every code will be put a steel seal on each piece. According to the code, clients will clearly know a single piece belong to which type and segments. All the pieces are properly numbered and packaged through the drawing which could guarantee no single piece missing and easily to be installed.
Transposition Tower Principle
In order to reduce the asymmetry of current and voltage during normal operation of power system, and limit the influence of power transmission circuit on communication line. Except for the regular triangle arrangement, the distance between the three wires is not equal. The reactance of the conductor depends on the distance between lines and the radius of the conductor. Therefore, if the conductor is not transposed, the three-phase impedance is unbalanced. The longer the line is, the more serious the imbalance is. Therefore, unbalanced voltage and current will be generated, which will have a negative impact on the operation of generator and radio communication. The code for design of power transmission lines stipulates that "in the power network with directly grounded neutral point, the power transmission lines with a length of more than 100km shall be transposed". Conductor transposition is generally carried out in transposition tower.
